Shazam Fraud Protection -
To mitigate fraud, we have partnered with SHAZAM, our electronic funds transfer network, to implement a monitoring system that helps guard your debit card against fraudulent activity. If suspicious activity is detected on your debit card, you will be contacted by the Bank, or a SHAZAM fraud specialist calling on our behalf, to verify the transactions in question. Remember, State Bank will not contact you to ask for information like your online banking credentials, account number, or social security number.
If you believe a transaction has been denied due to suspected fraud after normal business hours, you may call the SHAZAM Fraud Department for assistance directly at 1-866-508-2693.

Let us know where you are going, and we will notify the monitoring system of your temporary location so that transactions will not be denied due to suspected fraud. Contact us or complete this Travel Notification.
