When Dr. Jodi Hentscher-Johnson opened her orthodontic practice in 2012, she started small with one office in Waterloo, Illinois, and one staff member.

Today, Hentscher-Johnson Orthodontics has grown into a thriving practice with two locations in Waterloo and Columbia, a team of 12, and an associate orthodontist.
